He was born in May, 3rd 1959 in Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk region)

1981 – He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture (Nosov Magnitogorsk State Metallurgic and Mining Institute), a degree in «civil engineer of industrial and civil construction », (diploma EV №223909).

1984 - 1987 – full-time postgraduate study in Moscow Construction Engineering Institute, a degree in «Engineering structures, buildings and constructions».

1987 – He defended a candidate dissertation on "Life of flange connections with welding break defects".

1987 - 1990 – Senior lecturer of the chair of «Engineering structures» (Nosov Magnitogorsk State Metallurgic and Mining Institute).

1990 - 2007 – The Dean of architecturally-building faculty (Nosov Magnitogorsk State Metallurgic and Mining Institute).

1996 – He defended a doctoral dissertation on "Remaining life of cyclically loaded metalworks with welding break defects".

1997 – He got a promotion to the rank of professor.

Since 2009 and until now – Professor of Moscow State Construction University.

Since 1992 and until now – President of holding «WELD» company (Magnitogorsk).
