Employees of the department of technical diagnostics of LLC "Weld" took part in the 7 th specialized exhibition of materials handling equipment "CraneExpo." The exhibition was held from 18 to 20 April 2012 at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre, Hall. Number 75 (Room B), Moscow.

Research works in the field of accident precaution of buildings, constructions and technical devices

  • Elaborating methodological support to monitor technical condition of bridge cranes.
  • Determining cracking resistance of blast furnace casings.
  • Elaborating vibrodiagnostics methods for technical devices used at metallurgical facilities.
  • Issuing passports for utilities (heating, water supply, water discharge, ventilation systems) of metallurgical shops.
  • Developing energy-savings technologies for waste-heat recovery.
  • Developing methods to assess risks of failures for industrial buildings and structures.
  • Elaborating risk assessment techniques for industrial enterprises.
  • Studying stress-and-strain state of structural materials of buildings and structures by means of strain-gauge methods.
  • Defining actual loading conditions for structural elements of buildings and structures;
  • Computerized modeling of stress-and-strain state of materials of structural components of buildings and structures by means of the finite element method.
