SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

• Providing of educational services, staff retraining, professional development with specialist certification.

Training and proffesional development of organizations managers and specialists, under supervision of Federal ecological, technological and atomic supervision service, using the basic programs with testing on «Attestatsiya» software. Test set was developed by Federal ecological, technological and atomic supervision service in conjuction with opened joint-stock company «National-Technical Center "Industrial safety"».

Training in industrial safety basics of organizations managers and specialists, perfoming:
• design of equipment, working under pressure;
• design of manufacturing an objects in metallurgy industry;
• design of lifting structures;
• building of manufacturing an objects in metallurgy industry;
• metallurgical and chemical-recovery manufactures an objects exploitation;
• lifting structures expoitation;
• exploitation of equipment, working under pressure;
• exploitation of smoke and ventillation industrial pipes;
• assembly and start-and-ajustment works of lifting structures;
• assembly and start-and-ajustment works of equipment, working under pressure;
• assembly and start-and-ajustment works of the objects of metallurgical and chemical-recovery enterprises;
• repairing (reconstruction) and service of equipment, working under pressure;
• repairing (reconstruction) and service of lifting structures.

• Holding of the annual «Prevention of structure and technical devices breackage» conference.

“WELD” Company holds annual conferences sacrificed to safe operation of industrial and civic objects and to failures prevention since 2004. Early conferences had interregional status. The first International Conference “Structural failures” was held in 2006.

“WELD” Company acts as the organizer of the annual Conferences “Structural failures” together with Independent Nonprofit Organization “Scientific-research institution “Industrial Safety” and «United State Structural Engineering Company» (Los-Angeles, California, USA). A grate role plays membership of leading specialists and scientists in organizing committee of such events. Scientific-industrial union “Risk management, Industrial Safety, Control and Monitoring” (RISCOM) joined the organizing committee in 2008.

Following important engineering problems are discussed:
• assessment of operational structures under a load, relating stress and strain;
• structural failures causes and consequences, and prevention methods;
• methods of failure analysis and damage assessment;
• reliability and safety improving in operation of buildings and structures;

The Conferences became the adequate answer to frequent buildings and structures collapses resulting in material and human losses, and environmental problems.
