The quality management system implemented by WELD company complies with the requirement of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate of Conformance issued by TUV CERT).

The certificate confirms our quality management system compliance with international standards serving as documentary proof of system approach to management, high level of controlling business processes within all phases of manufacturing process and services provision as well as constant quality of our products.

Scope of certification covers industrial safety expertise activities, engineering of buildings and structures and fire safety declaration.

WELD Company Quality Policy

Objective:

WELD company’s objective is to provide high quality services in compliance with effective Codes, Standards and Regulations to satisfaction of our Clients and to ensure the required quality of life for WELD employees.

Strategy:

Achieving the objective is ensured by the following main directions of Company’s Top Management activities:

• effective quality management system;
• assessment of quality management system components, development of measures to improve quality.

Tactics:

Realization of the following tasks will ensure the implementation of the accepted strategy criteria:

• participation of all Company employees in Quality enhancement activities;
• arrangement and maintaining quality control measures at all phases of work performance;
• continuous training and improving of Company’s personnel qualification;
• full responsibility of personnel for outcome of performed works;
• personnel motivation for reducing the expenses and improving the quality of production;
• continuous interaction with customers in order to find out the level of their satisfaction;
• certification of quality management system.

Responsibilities:

each top and mid level manager shall be responsible for:

• familiarizing all employees with Quality Policy;
• implementing and enhancing the Quality Management system in order to ensure Company’s objectives;
• improving the quality of performed activities;

WELD company Top management represented by General Director takes the responsibility for implementation hereof and undertakes to strictly adhere to its principles ensuring they are understood and supported by all Company employees.
