Building plots are fully completed with necessary hand mechanized tools, geodesic devices, concrete mixers, rising devices (towers). To plat high-quality decorative coat piston compressor ABAC B 3800B/100CT is used, for work on the tower buildings – Crane in the window “Umelec” with vehicle capacity 320 kg (height of lifting 50 m).

During testing of fire escapes is used a set of special equipment including (hoisting) jacks, winches, alpinist outfit, and also electrical dynamometer DOU-3-20i (weight indicator M250, cable 50 m., tenzsensor YZ101DN-20T).
