Scope of activities
- Expert appraisal of industrial safety of project documentation and other documents related to operation of hazardous industrial facility, industrial safety declaration for equipment used within hazardous industrial facilities.
Technical diagnosis of:
- boiler inspection facilities;
- gas supply (distribution) facilities;
- oil and gas production, treatment and processing facilities.
- metallurgical and by-product coking industry equipment
- Activities related to particularly hazardous industrial facilities and installations.
- Inspection and certification of utility networks.
- Inspection of power facilities (energy audit).
- Expert appraisal, assessment and calculation of process losses in the course of electricity and heat transfer, specific fuel and heat consumption criteria as well as fuel reserves.
- Design, commissioning, installation and maintenance of safety devices for hoisting machinery and equipment.
Having acquired a wide experience within the area of expert evaluation, WELD company offers the service of complex industrial safety expertise, examination and assessment of technical condition of equipment using acoustic emission monitoring system based on portable texting complex “Expert-2014”.
As of today WELD company has field experience of ´performing AE inspection of various types of equipment, such as vessels, boilers, installations, process pipelines, steam and hot water pipelines as well as their structural elements, oil, gas and product trunk lines, isothermal equipment, ammonia refrigerating installations, vessels, towers, reactors and heat exchangers.
