The collection of proceedings «Accident precaution of buildings and constructions» Forces of LLC "WELD" publish the next collection «Accident precaution of buildings and constructions». The collection left under the aegis of the Russian academy of architecture and building sciences, the Moscow state building university, the Russian society on not destroying control and technical diagnostics and the Scientifically-industrial union «Management of risks, industrial safety, control and monitoring». The collection included 45 articles of employees of leading high schools of Russia and the near abroad, training experts of building specialities, and also employees of the organisations interested in industrial safety became which authors. It is possible to familiarise with the collection maintenance on Internet portal pages « Science and safety» in more details. It is possible to familiarise with the maintenance of the collection and to read articles which have entered into it in the electronic magazine with the same name on the same portal. Presented to the collection of proceedings the material is traditionally devoted problems of accident-free operation of buildings and constructions. The collection subjects cover a wide range of pressing questions on not destroying control, diagnostics and monitoring of buildings and constructions. In the collection problems of maintenance of safe operation, reliability, durability and working capacity of designs of buildings and constructions are considered; results of researches on studying of the valid work of designs, an estimation of a technical condition and management of risks are presented; it is volume enough modern technologies and workings out in the field of building are reflected. We hasten to inform that work on gathering of materials in next, already the eleventh release of the collection has begun. The following release of the collection will be issued in November, 2012. We invite all interested persons to be a part of authors of the named collection. Requirements to materials are presented in the invitation to the collection of articles. Scientific-practical conference26 October 2011 in Moscow the scientific-practical conference "the Experience of designing and exploitation of the object monitoring systems. Normative-methodical support: a condition and development prospects". The organizer of the conference - FGU VNII GOCHS (FOS) of EMERCOM of Russia. At the conference acted the representatives of Rosatom, the state company "Olympstroy", the National centre of management in crisis situations (NCMCS) of EMERCOM of Russia, by FGU-"glavgosexpertiza", "Rostekhnadzor", the security Council of the Russian Federation, the ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation, JSC "GAZPROM", ministry of emergency situations of Russia. LLC "WELD" was presented at the conference by the director of the department of informational technologies, candidate of technical sciences I.V.Shishkin.
