On June 30, 2010, Presidium members of Ural Department of Association of Construction Institutes visited WELD LLC.

The purpose of the visit was familiarization with main activities of WELD LLC, and visiting the Company departments. In the course of the meeting, we performed general presentation of the Company’s main activities, and demonstrated our software product ”Electronic Passport of Buildings and Facilities“, collection of scientific papers “Prevention of Breakdowns of Buildings and Facilities“, and the digest “Breakdowns of Buildings and Facilities”.

In the course of the meeting, Presidium members were introduced into WELD’s research and practical activities and offered cooperation. The meeting was held in friendly and informal atmosphere.

June 8, 2010 Vadim Valentinovich Chuprin, the Head of Leninskiy District of Magnotigorsk Administration paid a business visit to WELD LLC.

The goal of the visit was to get acquainted with the main activities of WELD LLC, with the employees’ working conditions and visit the company departments.

The organization was showed to V. V. Chuprin by K. I. Eremin, General Director, and the Director of WELD LLC Departments. The Head of Administration was interested to know of various aspects of the company life.

Also during the meeting Konstantin Ivanovich Eremin, General Director, spoke on the achievements of WELD LLC employees in the scientific field. Besides V. V. Chuprin was shown the program product “Electronic Passport of Buildings and Structures”, collection of scientific papers “Prevention of Buildings and Structures Collapse” and other aspects of the company activities.

Concluding the meeting Vadim Valentinovich, the Head of Leninskiy District Administration, wished to the management and all of the employees of WELD LLC to have new major projects, further success, prosperity and welfare.

For the purpose of closer cooperation between Administration of the city and WELD, Magnitogorsk Mayor Evgeny Teftelev made an official visit to the office of the Company. The visit was made on May, 14. The topics discussed in the conference hall, in friendly atmosphere, were related to development of the Company and satisfaction of particular needs of the city. Evgeny Teftelev highly appreciated the innovative activity of the Company. After official meeting with the management, he had an informal talk with the employees of the Company.

The visit was notices by local media. A brief report on the Mayor’s visit was published on Saturday in “Magnitogorsky Rabochiy” newspaper.

From February 27 to March 5, 2010, Director of Industrial Safety Department, Cand. Sc., S.A. Matveyushkin and Director of Technical Expertise Department, Cand. Sc., M.V. Nashyokina took a business trip to Tegeran, Iran.

Specialists of WELD LLC, as doctoral students of Moscow State Construction University, were delegated to State Pedagogic University named after Shahid Rajaee as lectors, for the purpose of exchange of experience with students and teachers of the Construction Faculty .

The specialists were accorded a hearty welcome; their experience and knowledge of our employees were highly appreciated.

The ambassador of Canada Mr. Ralf Lisishin and Mr. Kurt Stroble, the principal shareholder, General director and Chairman of board of directors of Hatch Company invited the general director of “WELD” Company K.I. Eryomin to reception which will take place in Embassy of Canada on October, 7-th, 2009 at 18:00.
