By the Decree Of The President Of The Russian Federation D.Medvedev on February 20, 2012 №215, the General Director of LLC "WELD" Eryomin Konstantin Ivanovich was awarded the honorary title "Honored Builder of the Russian Federation".

The competition purpose «European Gran Prix for quality» consists in support of business reputation of heads at the international level, applying the most advanced European management methods, reaching a high degree of the made goods and rendered services . The All-Russia annual honourable award «Best head of year» is founded at the initiative of deputies of the State Duma in 2008 by Fund of assistance to business development (FABD) and is spent with assistance of State Duma FS of the Russian Federation, Federation Council FS of the Russian Federation, Ministerial council of Union State of Belarus and Russia, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, the Moscow municipal duma, Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, Association of regional banks, the Union of tax bearers of Russia, the International club of leaders of business(Switzerland).

The award is spent with a view of maintenance of social recognition, encouragement and distribution of positive experience of the best heads of the enterprises and the organisations of business elite of Russia.

Solemn ceremony and reception in honour of winners of a nomination with participation of deputies of the State Duma, councillors of Federation, representatives of federal public authorities, mass media will take place in April, 2012 in HC "President-hotel" AD of the President of the Russian Federation (Moscow).

The general director of LLC “WELD” Eremin K.I. is invited to take part in the Constituent assembly of All-Russian Public organization "Association" the Civil society" which takes place on December, 17th, 2011 in Moscow.

Main objective the Association «Civil society» declares rendering of all-round aid to members of Association in the decision of any questions not contradicting the Russian legislation and directed on recovery of justice, corruption eradication, development of institutes of a civil society.

Selection of nominees is carried out on the basis of the analytical research led by the Inter-regional financial and economic union (EFEU) on the basis of given by Rosstat, the reference manual of Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and rating agencies. The main criteria of selection of nominees were: correctness of numeration, completeness and timeliness of depositing in the appropriate budget of taxes and tax collections, rates of increase of output, profit, a gain of a wages fund and other indexes.
