Organising committee of the Fourth All-Russia annual honourable award «Best head of year», spent within the limits of XX Ceremony of official social recognition «the national economy Elite», expresses to the general director of LLC “WELD” the sincere respect and congratulates him on inclusion in the national list of nominees of the All-Russia annual honourable award «Best head of year».

The All-Russia annual honourable award «Best head of year» is founded at the initiative of deputies of the State Duma in 2008 by Fund of assistance to business development (FABD) and is spent with assistance of State Duma FS of the Russian Federation, Federation Council FS of the Russian Federation, Ministerial council of Union State of Belarus and Russia, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, the Moscow municipal duma, Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, Association of regional banks, the Union of tax bearers of Russia, the International club of leaders of business(Switzerland).

The award is spent with a view of maintenance of social recognition, encouragement and distribution of positive experience of the best heads of the enterprises and the organisations of business elite of Russia.

Solemn ceremony and reception in honour of winners of a nomination with participation of deputies of the State Duma, councillors of Federation, representatives of federal public authorities, mass media will take place in April, 2012 in HC "President-hotel" AD of the President of the Russian Federation (Moscow).
